Shipping & Returns

Anyone in the United States or Canada can ship equipment to our bench for repair. Here's how it works.

1. Before you ship

• Submit a repair request or call (312) 292-8622 to get a case number.
• Clean and disinfect the equipment. Contaminated items may be returned unrepaired.
• Remove burs, attachments and any storage media with patient information.

2. Packing

• Wrap each item individually and use a sturdy box with padding on all sides.
• Include a note with your practice name, contact name, phone number, return address and case number.
• Use a trackable, insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged before they arrive at our shop.

4. Shipments from Canada

Mark the package as items sent for repair and return, and include a description and value of the equipment. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees or taxes on inbound and return shipments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Diagnosis and estimate

Once your equipment arrives, we diagnose it free of charge and contact you with an estimate. Nothing billable is done until you approve.

6. Return shipping

Repaired items are shipped back with tracking. Return shipping costs are listed on your estimate. If you decline the estimate, we return your equipment unrepaired; return shipping charges may apply.

7. Returns on parts

Parts sold separately may be returned unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Special-order, electrical and installed parts are not returnable. Contact us before sending any return.
